I've never encountered such poor communication in my entire life. If you want a lender that talks fast, but doesn't listen, call Mike at Edge Finance. Getting job information wrong, hourly rates wrong, and skipping around other questions. Highly disappointed, feeling like the last 7 months were a complete waste of time. Disappointing to the individual that referred us, too. Still waiting on that return call from September 9th, Mike. Except don't bother. I found a lender than actually calls me back the same day.

Furthermore; most CEOs’ and presidents of a company may seem entitled or arrogant because of their status... But not this company. Edge Home Finance’s management has character and integrity and will treat you will the upmost respect and care. They build their team based on character and ethics. My experience with the people of this company was superb. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.
