Brian Parkinson and his team really went the extra mile to make sure I had the best financing and worked diligently to ensure all documentation was correct and tried their hardest to make sure my financing was exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. Ethical, professional, and definitely someone I would recommend to people if they want to be treated fairly and definitely like they are the most important client. Not like any other mortgage company I have dealt with before. I van honestly say this was o e of the best experiences in regards to purchasing a new home I have ever had. These people really helped my family get into our perfect home, so for that alone I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much for your hard work. I wish there were more stars to rate them higher.

Brian and his team at Alerus made the home-buying process easy. From my first phone call to post-purchase follow ups, Brian has been very supportive and great to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. I can't recommend him enough to any first time home-buyers, I always felt that I was in good hands with Brian and Alerus!
