Angelica is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the loan process. She was able to explain it to us clearly so that we did not feel overwhelmed and could understand the process. She kept us up-to-date about all changes and walked us through every step. She was always available for questions and got back to us quickly. I would recommend her 100%. Angelica was amazing from the moment we walked into her office. She does an amazing job with communication and explanation. One of the most important qualities that Angelica provided was time. She does not stick to a 9 to 5 timeline. She would meet us when we were available instead of making us take time off of work. Overall Angelica is amazing at what she does and you can tell she cares about her clients.
