Absolutely obsurb rules. Went in to cash a $22.75 check and because I dont have an account with them and didn't have anything other then my drivers license they refused to cash their check.

Save yourself and go somewhere else ! Recently we had an issue with fraud and reported it which they reversed the charges, closed original account and opened a new account to find out two weeks later they charged our new account the same fraudulent charge ! Thier "fraud department" said they tried to contact us which phone records proved was a lie so SunTrusts excuse was "well you did business with them before". Save yourself the stress which is now causing my health issues, GO somewhere else ! !
