Most rude customer service I have ever encountered in a bank. Also, its 2018 they have no mobile app to pay your car payments. They are inconsistent with their information and their manager onsite actually cursed at me when I stated they should catch up with the rest of the world. Pass on this bank, I promise you won't be upset you did. Terrible doesn't even begin to cover them.
