She made sure the inspection was performed properly as well as to our expectations. She even found us an excellent realtor to sell our FL residents when we asked her. My family and I have been renting from Rawlings Realty for a good 3 years and they took very good care of us!! They fixed things that were a need and one year I got pneumonia and missed work for two weeks which put us behind a little on rent. They worked with us with no problem on a payment arrangement. When we were ready to buy a house Randy Rawlings and his team was who we went through. Randy did everything in his power to get us in our dream home!
