    Key Bank provided the worst customer experience I've ever had and expressed zero empathy for an extremely sensitive situation. I'm the POA for my father who has an account with Key Bank and I closed the account due to the bank's lack of sensitivity to health issues that its customers are facing and the legal rights of the POA.
