Being a first time home buyer, the process from start to finish can be intimidating. Max and his team, Jordan and Lisa, were amazing from start to finish. Not only did they work hard to get us an amazing rate and loan, they were patient and kind and answered all our questions and concerns quickly, thoughtfully and thoroughly. They made us feel like we were their only clients. It has been our only home buying experience so admittedly I don’t have anything to compare to, but I can’t imagine it being any better thanks to their help.

As we went through the process information was given to us in a way that was easy to understand. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and if we had questions they were answered promptly day or night. They worked really hard and fast to get us to the closing table as quickly as promised. Max worked diligently to save us upfront cost which was a huge added bonus. Every situation is different so not promising you will save money but if there's options to cut cost Max will be transparent with you. As a buyer I highly recommend you follow any direction given and provide all documents early in the process when requested. This saves a ton of time!!
