I have had nothing but excellent services with this bank. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This bank is very personable and the atmosphere seems to strive to provide the best possible customer service. Their offices are nicely distributed for ease of making deposits and personal banking needs. I like the general feel of their offices as they seem to impart a hometown feeling. The staff is unfailingly very knowledgable, polite, and helpful. Every office I have visited is this way. How do they do it? From this perspective they are FIVE STARS all the way!! BUT... their technical & website strategies are sorely outdated. I keep wanting to remind their tech team or whoever manages their online business strategy that it's now 2015 and *NOT* 1993. For example: if you miss a 30 day deadline to download your BUSINESS transactions ... TOO BAD FOR YOU cause they will NOT be available after 30 days! It took me over 1 year of requesting their tech team to provide online pdf statement files!? I ACTUALLY had to fill out a form and request this function!!!? The online check writing capabilities are significantly below average as compared to other banks (just pick one!). You will have issues integrating your accounting services such as MINT. Come on guys... seriously?! Their online app is clunkly and frustrating & takes a week to see your deposit — don’t even bother. Their recent “upgrade” improved some visual aspects of their website however, no functional changes were made it was still the crappy click happy navigation, but with a cleaner background. While the vast majority of banks are like Ferrari's their technology continues to resist using those new fangdangled automobiles. They just don’t get the whole online thing and it really hurting an otherwise super nice banking experience.
