I can’t say enough about Rosie and her team over at Powerhouse Mortgage. Rosie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to buying a home and has been incredibly creative when helping me find solutions to my real estate needs. She is energetic, upbeat and I like that she is very detailed in her explanations. I haven't found that kind of patience elsewhere. I would say that probably the best part about my experience with her is that she is honest and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her for any and all of your mortgage and real estate questions.

I went in to ask a few questions about whether or not I'd qualify for a home loan. I was pretty nervous since it was going to be my first consultation but the whole staff was very helpful! The customer service was excellent, with their patience and excellent communication. They were straightforward, informative, and made the process easy. Would definitely work with them again in the future.
