Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The grounds are terrific with the Trinity River flowing gently past. The cafe is near world class food, we have traveled the world and the cafe is terrific (try the lamb chops). If you are looking for meeting space they have a very nice room, smart TV and flexible seating.

The coffee is reason enough to stay here. Freshly roasted by the local Straw House roastery. There is a poor-over set up in the room with an electric goose neck kettle. These guys know what they are doing. The new mini split system keeps the room very comfortable in summer. The mattress is high quality and the room is decorated tastefully. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
