My son was scammed by this agency. They rented him an apartment in the building located at 381 Broadway which is under “Do not occupy” order from the Department of Buildings. When he called Scott Rosasco the agent, he told him that this agency was not supposed to disclose such an information. He also said that in 25 years they rented multiple apartments for their clients, where clients never moved in and sold multiple new construction condos which were never built. The search for the broker in charge of this agency revealed the fact that their broker listed on website is not licensed in NYS. This business is a scam. I told my son to file a complaint to the Department of state.
