This bank is amazing the online and phone banking app is great very easy to use and very ahead in times with its technology. I use Santander for all my banking needs and will continue to do so for along time, staff is amazing and super friendly Strongly Recommend this bank!!

I switched to Santander from Bank of America. It is ok as a bank. Their website and apps are kind of clunky and poorly designed, and they tend to hold deposits an unacceptably long time, but beyond that I have no complaints, other than that they hide away the ATM machines in dark, perhaps not very safe spots like objects of shame. Much like Cape Cod Five, their branch locations either work very well for you or they don't work at all.
