Came here to deposit a check (shared network CU), one of the account managers asked me if I was interested in a refi for my truck.. i hadn't really considered it until then but after a bit of back and forth I had a new loan and lower rate/payments! Also got a new line of credit from them! The only criticism I've got is the credit card I have from them often has trouble at various stores point of sales. Either it will *always* ask for a pin, even if you're trying to run credit, or it will simply not authorize. Had this happen many times and similar reports from cashiers who have seen others with the same card experience this issue.
