Mike King and his team were awesome and I am not exaggerating! They were very knowledgeable and most importantly, patient with us while we fumbled around getting our information and paperwork to them. Our transaction went so smoothly that we were stunned when told we were clear to close almost a week in advance of the closing date. We did not have any delays or struggles of any kind.
