I worked with Charles on my first home purchase and I honestly don’t know if I could’ve gotten through it without him. There was a few times I wanted to say “forget this! Long ago I was in a situation where my mortgage load was not reported to the credit bureau and at that time no body wanted to help me, some lenders told me that it was to much work and little profit, so it happens that I meet Charles and he went the extra mile to helping me to refinance my home.
