This was my second loan through RP Funding. First experience was great and no difference on this second go. I think the paperwork process was smoother and time to closing was faster the second time. Both loans were refi’s so apples apples. Mayra, Savannah, Heather and all the fulfillment team were helpful, pleasant, and excited to get me to closing. They kept me updated with calls and emails. Great communication! I will be going back for any other loan needs.

If you live in Florida and are looking to refinance and your pre-qualifications are good then I would definitely recommend RP funding. They pay all of your closing costs which is not standard in the industry. I was supposed to take 45 days but instead I closed in 30 days. They even sent a notary up to close when I was on vacation in another state for no charge. They finance their own loans so they're there to stay and help you if you decide to refinance again in the future. Highly recommended!
