Do NOT go through Wayne Pennell or Jen Beverwyk. It took them 73 days to get me my mortgage. Don’t go through Huntington at all, actually. Going through the FDA directly for an RD loan is faster than working with their incompetent loan officers! Wayne didn’t even go to my closing and the title company had to explain my mortgage payment to me. Wayne thinks his job is to just put in the application and it’s “out of his hands.” Get you a mortgage officer who gives a damn.
