Marc was very helpful with everything we needed from the very beginning. He was quick and responsive in all communication, and he always made a point to check in and see how things were going or to let us know the progress made on his end. He made things clear and discussed with us what we needed to do in order to obtain a new home loan. Unfortunately we weren't able to complete a loan through Marc as we ended up purchasing outside of California, but it was with Marc's guidance that made it possible for us to obtain a mortgage loan, he helped us put everything in place so when it came time to purchase we were already ahead of the game and able to close escrow quickly.

I have had the good fortune of working with Marc in 3 different ways: 1) He was my agent for a refinance loan on my home. That process went as smooth as one could ever hope. I used to sell New Homes, so I know how stressful the process can be. Marc's knowledge, attention and availability was what clearly puts him in the "Pro" category! 2) When it came time to sell my home, He gave me a referral, whom I ended up using. Again, my experience was Pro all the way, and, this transaction was a complex and tricky one!! 3) Lastly, I just consulted him on his ideas for what to do with my equity that I just realized on the sale of my home. Marc had some great ideas that I can implement right away and gave me a referral for more specialized knowledge that I am excited to pursue. If your need is not his arena, I would bet he can get you to someone just as competent as him. It's a real comfort to know I have a resource such as Marc!!
