Horrible bank to use. They changed my ATM card without warning to Discover, which is not widely accepted by vendors in the industrial market because of their ridiculously high service fees. It left me with NO option to pay my vendors. Some fell on their swords just added a third payment service in there use to keep my patronage. Definitely not customer service minded. Also, Their App is hard to keep logins straight due to the cumbersome navigation through it. Don't waste your money or aggravations on them.

Horrible customer service. Very snotty. And my last visit Kym was not very gracious towards me because of some mistakes I made. Thinking about changing to another bank. Chase Bank is a lot better from what I hear. Been with this bank for 4 years and have I never gotten treated so bad.
