I attempted to get worker's compensation and a general liability insurance policy but they were unable to provide the general liability after two weeks of phone calls and emails. So I go to a local agent and get both policies in less than 5 hours for less than half the quoted price. But, when I try to cancel the worker's compensation policy, they tell me (only after 3 months of unanswered phone calls and emails) that they don't owe me a refund and need another $165 for a change in the worker's compensation policy that I never even got to use. This place is a joke, don't waste your time and money, shop elsewhere.

I absolutely love farm bureau!! All the ladies up front are so nice and helpful and their agents are very knowledgeable!!!
