This was a little stop on our road trip. The museum has some wonderful displays. Lots of information on the battle. It was nice to see that the Native American view point was somewhat included. I feel that the timeline represented on the wall should be removed and replaced with one that has additional Native American points (preferably without the printed tape additions). The grounds of the park are beautiful and the memorial stone is cared for. The addition of the Native American memorial was nicely done. There is also a National Cemetery on the grounds as well. Very somber but well kept.

Awesome place. Good too see a crowd at such a monument. This was my third time their and I continue to learn something each time. I've been to many battle fields and one can only visualize the events that took place. The bravery of the men on both sides. I will be back again.
