Dave Grauwels and his team are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! Every member of the Dave Grauwels Team at Guild Mortgage who I spoke with worked hard to help make our home-buying experience smoother and easier. They maintain great communication by calling every Tuesday with an update on the loan process and progression. These calls were valuable and helpful, and I always felt informed on the status of my loan and next steps to be taken each week. I would highly recommend this team to help you navigate the challenges of buying your next home or investment property!

Dave and his team did a great job of supporting us throughout the home buying process in Madison! As we were moving from out of state, it was especially important for us to find someone who was able to work with us long distance. Dave's team did not disappoint. We found it easy to communicate via phone, text, and emails on a regular basis. Dave was very knowledgeable not only of the market, but the Madison area at-large. He was great at getting back to us with answers to our many questions and made the home-buying process easy and stress free! I would highly recommend he and his team to anyone looking to buy in the greater Madison area!
