Absolutely the worst experience ever with a mortgage company. Negligent lack of communication about a problem with an awol appraiser cost us weeks of time and a good bit of money -- and Frost Mortgage never gave us even a satisfactory apology, much less helped with costs directly due to their failure to communicate. Frost Mortgage management is no better -- Chris Frost offered "help", if you accept "help" being meaningless and empty placations. I would have gone to a different mortgage company but Frost was my builder's preferred lender.
