    If you want personal one on one service with a LOCAL mortgage broker.... Ace Mortgage and Scott Osher are for you! If you do not want to risk sending your documents overnight mail to your banks "processing center" only to have them "lose it" which forces you to resend them again.... ACE Mortgage and Scott Osher are for you. Call them up. Make an appointment. Talk to them face to face. You can HAND THEM your documents in person. They will CALL YOU if they need anything. You can ask questions. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

    I have been working with Ace Mortgage Loan Corp for years and they are the best. They are very knowledgeable, efficent, and pay attention to details. If you are looking to be pre-approved for a mortgage, call them!
