Great help! Talked to me throughout the whole process and explained to me everything that was going on. Really appreciate the help I recieved and enjoyed working with them!

We had been in the market to build our home and hitting wall after wall with no luck for almost 2 years until Loan Simple came along. It took Velma a couple of months to get us approved and on our way to building our home!! The service and attention that we got from her during the entire process was exceptional. I'm very thankful to have had the opportunity to do business with you.
