The Mortgage Firm in Lakeland made my home buying experience much less stressful than it normally would have been. Kevin and his staff were in constant communication, were always friendly and I was always aware where I was in the mortgage process. There is a lot of information needed when getting a new mortgage. They are with you every step of the way and they do not have you sitting around waiting on for answers like many other companies do. Very happy we had The Mortgage Firm take care of our mortgage for us and would highly recommend them. Mike from Polk City, FL

Barry Byrd and his team truly and honestly deserve MORE than a FIVE star rating! They fairly and honestly treated my wife and I like royalty. I have to mention his team by name, Jessica Dean, Carmen Rios, Suzanne Stanley for their commitment to my wife and I to ensure every process was explained clearly and that we understood, for constantly updating us on every single step in the process, for every rapid response to my emails, for their prompt delivery of every single piece of documents. Their commitment to the customer is truly OUTSTANDING! They Answered every one of my questions no matter the time of day. Barry and his team provided me such a great experience and solid commitment to provide services that was far SUPERIOR to JP MORGAN CHASE (they are horrible and a complete waste of time). I can’t thank them enough!
