If I could give minus stars I would. This place is a f***ing joke. They bought our account from Metro Bank and proceeded to charge us $10 a month for what they call a dormant account. Never received any contact about this policy or the fact that they were essentially stealing our money. Thanks First National for scamming people out of their money. I have closed my account and my hope is that everyone else does as well. NEVER EVER BANK WITH FIRST NATIONAL!!!

I had a great interaction with the manager a year ago. When i called her this week she not only remembered me; she provided the best customer service I've had in quite some time. Thank you, Laura!
