First time visiting a Space Coast Credit union. Was immediately greeted with a smile by a representative behind the counter, she helped me start the signup process (via the telephone), and answered every question I had. Even though it was the late afternoon, I felt the bank was more than adequately staffed given the number of customers I saw coming in/out of the bank while I was there. Having joined a small bank two decades ago and watched it grow into a corporate nightmare with excessive fees and poor customer service, it feels nice to walk into a credit unit which cares about its members. Time will tell if I made the right choice, but for now, I'm satisfied
