Today I called customer service, the ENTIRE CALL (phone tree included) took 3 mins. I timed it. Mitch did an incredible job of handling my needs effectively, and was VERY respectful of both me and my time. I have been banking with RCU for almost 15 years, and HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone who will listen! Mahalo!!!!!!
