    Absolutely horrid customer service from the manager Janet. Spoke down to me, and didn't know the difference between monies owed to the IRS and payments made to the IRS throughout the year. I can't believe this lady has a job let alone runs the entire branch. Snarky, disrespectful, rude, absolutely horrible branch. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO WORK WITH. This lady will waste your time like it's her job.
