Completely awful. No care for the employees no support, complete mess (oil everywhere), unrealistic productions and work people 7 days a week up to 36 days straight plus, with zero remorse. 2 consecutive days off? Never. 1 Sunday off once every 2 or 3 months, and you better be happy about it or your just "cry babies"
