Coached me for a year to prepare for purchase of a home. He was in touch frequently throughout that time to see how I was progressing and how I was personally doing. We moved from IL to FL and without the help of English Mortgage I don't know if we would have made it. They made us feel as if we were their only client. Lots of "hand holding" as I am a worrier, they calmed me just by their being there for all my dumb questions. Would DEFINITELY recommend to family and friends
