Owning my own home has always been a dream that seemed like it was never going to happen. I've always lived in apartments! My marriage is over and needing a place to live was becoming a challenge. My mom is in very bad health and she doesn't have much longer to live. I took my sister's advice and saw no harm in looking into the possibility of trying to buy a house. I showed interest in a home my sister found and within a hour, I got a phone call from Eric Butz. I explained my situation to him and told him I loved the house my sister found. Eric was amazing! He worked what I feel was a miracle and got me approved for this home. Time was an essence for me because of needing a place to live and at the same time giving my mom a peace of mind knowing I had my own home before she goes home to be with my dad. I could never begin to thank Eric enough for all he did to make this happen for me and for giving this last wish to my mom. I highly recommend him, I don't think anyone could have or would have done what Eric was able to do for me. I am now a very proud 1st time homeowner and couldn't be happier with my home!
