I could tell within minutes that Dave is the only person I'll ever deal with for a mortgage now and in the future. He is very knowledgeable about the process and most importantly takes the time to give his customer service above and beyond what I've seen by the other lenders. He spent all the time necessary to go over any scenario out there and requirements for the different products. I've dealt with probably 6 different mortgage originators recently while shopping to upgrade our home. I was extremely blessed finding him and my search for a mortgage officer has ended with him. Not that I plan to any time soon, but if I'm ever in need of another home mortgage, I'll be getting it through Cornerstone. Cathy and her team were on point throughout the entire process. Any time I had questions, they were available to help, and Cathy even sat down with me and my parents (first time home buying is nerve wracking, y'all) to explain the options and help me pick a loan that worked best for my needs.
