I feel like they cheated me. They wait until we almost close to say they can’t approve the occupied home loans and want me to try for investment property. Im trying to buy a place that is 80 miles from primary home for work and intent to use as possible primary or secondary home. We ended up loosing money on appraisal. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers.
