Marilyn & the Motto team did a phenomenal job! It is a real asset to have this franchise in our Westchase region. She was able to shop from some really big name lenders and save them so much money vs going with these lenders directly. Being a business owner I knew their cash out refinance would be more difficult. Marilyn made it so EASY and they were cleared for closing in 10 days. I never knew underwriting, processing, application fees were all money making fees for other lenders that they did not pay with Motto. They landed a 3...% with no costs. I used to be a realtor and wish I had this option for my customer loans back then. Great job Marilyn & Motto this franchise is a needed resource for borrowers.

I can’t say enough good things about Marilyn and this company! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made you feel like party of the family as she really had your best interest at heart! Awesome staff what was very knowledgeable as they answered any questions and were able to overcome any issues that came up! They walked me thru the entire process and was able to cut my loan term in half. I went from 30 years to a 15 year term but also stayed within a fun hundreds dollars of what I was paying! So if you are looking for a better interest rate or cutting your mortgage term in half or lower please give them a shot! I am so glad I did and will continue to use them in the future/
