A nice park. Most of the sites are taken up by park homes and permanently placed trailers, but there are thirty or so sites available for transients. Some sites are rather small and may be a bit challenging to get a trailer into. The staff has been very helpful, and the facilities are good. What really makes this park is its location. It is on Chokoloskee Bay, on the edge of the Ten Thousand Islands area. It's great for kayaking and boating.

A fisherman's paradise! Go fishing with one of the local captains and catch dinner for everyone. I have gone on a 6-hr charter with 2 of my buddies five times. Only once was the day's catch meager - not enough to feed our families. The area is beautiful. We catch lots of fish but the keepers are mostly trout and reds. We now go every 4-6 months and always look forward to it.
