I’ve been working with ken hammelman for about 2 years until I was ready to buy. Once I was ready ken made things happen and was awesome to work with. Before I bought my house I shopped around to check prices. My loan was not an easy one to close and took lots of work on ken and his team. They always kept me in the loop. As a business owner I can understand things can change and deadlines get pushed out. As long as you do your due diligence as a purchaser and stay in the loop with your lender and agent. Surprises will be minimum! Go see ken and cj they will take care of you like family!

I am a homeowner who recently inquired about a refinance with Vinson Mortgage and I will tell you that it was a wonderful experience. I had first went to another large mortgage company due to the ties that I had with them and they did not help me at all. So honestly, I thought all mortgage companies were going to tell me the same thing and why waste their time or mine. But I went with my gut and decided to call Vinson Mortgage since they were a local company and maybe would be more willing to help. Well, I'm happy to say that I was right! I began working with Jeffrey Hussey and throughout the entire, yet quick process, he was so incredible. He just amazed me at his knowledge of the business and his steadfast belief that everything would work out and it did. I live over in Illinois plus I called days before a holiday, so I thought that maybe it would slow the process, but there was none of that! I'm telling you, I can't believe that I could still be sitting here with no help and no answers when Vinson Mortgage took care of all of it for me in less than 2 weeks. The large company would have been on average 45 days IF they were to do anything, but like I said, they didn't. I highly recommend calling Vinson Mortgage because you DO have options!
