don't bother with email, they never respond, most likely their filters also block most direct email. I need to add that their incompetence cost me my insurance on a house. I called and informed them of a sale on one house and that I had moved but they never sent me a renewal notice on the insurance and the company I was insured with won't reinstate insurance once it has lapsed for non payment even if it wasn't the client's error.
