    The teller asks me for my ID even though I swipe my debit card and put in my code. After telling her I have my code to my debit card and why do you need my id and then she just stop and look at me. I said you don't need my id card because I have my debit card with my code and then she said yes I do to check your balance....WOW I've been coming to this bank for over five years.... So I go over to customer service and tell him the same story and then he ask do I have your debit card with your code and I said yes and then we both go back to the same teller the customer service man ask me to swipe my card. I did. and then he said put in your code. I did. and then the teller check all 3 balance and did transaction and I'm still asking both of them why did she need to see my id NO ONE COULD SAY ANYTHING TO ME.... but I know why I never felt humiliated and embarrassed like that in my life On Monday morning I call that same branch to speak to the manager Antonin and he made up so many excuses on why I need an id and got all out of his professionalism and started acting immature over the phone so I hung up.... People of color if you want to be treated equal DO NOT GO TO THE Santander Bank, 148 Everett Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150 Chelsea Branch
