I had been working with John to see what I can do as a first time home buyer and after I sent him my information he avoided my calls, voicemails and emails. I DO NOT reccomend him at all!!! This almost completely discouraged me from trying to buy my own home for me and my kids. Thanks John.

I started my loan process through ETFCU and it seemed to be going well until it didn't. I was pre-approved and sent them everything they asked for. They gave me no direction and were terrible about calling me back. Once they finally put me to the point of giving up I called my realtor Mike Enlow and asked him if I could switch mortgage brokers (this was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing). Thank goodness for Mike. We found Mitchell Brothers at Acceptance Capital. He looked over what I had and said he didn't understand the hold up on their end. He has walked me through every step and helped me learn about the process. Mitchell has taken my horrible experience and made it so much less stressful than it had been. He answers my questions and even explains things I didn't think to ask. Wonderful wonderful loan officer and I hope they know how awesome Mitchell is at his job. Looking forward to owning my first home!
