She will walk you through the steps and answer any question you have about the process. It can be an extremely scary process however they take the worry out of it.

Joyce is awesome! I bought my first home with her and then refinanced it a few years later and she was able to get me a 3.6% rate with my not so good credit! Founders only offered a 4.75% rate with where my credit was at. Joyce is always smiling, kind, and good with my kids as well. Really enjoyed the whole home buying expirience thanks to her.
