My fiance and I purchased our first home and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else, other than Alex at Carlson Mortgage and his processor Greg. They answered every question I had, no matter how silly it was. They made me feel comfortable with their patience and friendliness. We applied and had a great interest rate, then during the process, Alex and Greg found a program I qualified for and my interest rate lowered even more. They work diligently to save you cost at every turn. These 2 know their stuff. If you’re already talking to a different mortgage broker like I was, do yourself a favor and just call Alex. We've been using Carlson Mortgage as our mortgage broker several times over the years, when we purchased our home and also when we refinanced our existing mortgage to get a low interest rate. Their rates have always been lower than interest rates quoted by online banks and brokers. They are very detail-oriented, thorough and responsive. We could not have asked for a better experience.
