I was referred to Michael Cordova at Platinum Home Mortgage from my realtor. Couldn’t be happier with the support Michael has provided. I am a first time buyer and new to the home buying experience. He was with me every step of the way and very patient in answering my questions. It has been such a pleasure working with Michael. He has a great attitude and wonderful demeanor. Have to admit it’s quite contagious when you’re around him 😊. Will be sending all my friends his way!

They have really bad customer service every time I call to get a hold of any body it's impossible. They recently sold my loan and the new lender I can't reach to get my property tax statement and when I call platinum home mortgage they never answer. Even to leave a voice-mail it seems like a great ordeal. I don't know they have good reviews if they are so horrible at their job .
