The application process was fast however, it seemed like once you don’t fit Into their guidelines they don’t try to figure out how else they can help. I understand they are busy just like everyone else but it seemed that once you don’t fit into an easy category for them they don’t really want to bother with you. I also felt when the lender was trying to explain things to me the whole explanation seemed rushed. The lender was in a rush or something? When I would try to get a hold of the lender to see how the process was going I would always have the secretary say “they are in a meeting, or they are on other line.”Finally get an answer 3 days later. I am Not impressed on how they return phone calls back. A simple return phone call saying we are working on your application would have been suffice. Not impress.
