First, let me say 2 of the 5 star reviews are employees there. I purchased my first house through them which would have earned them a 2 star rating on its own (extra star because we got the house). Emails with no attachments. A self proclaimed "IRS expert" who's only advice was call the IRS. Running my credit multiple times because they messed up the paperwork. Having to explain multiple times fathers sometimes name their sons after themselves. However, my one star rating is based on my most recent experience. We initially went in looking to use the equity on our home for some debt consolidation. Kyle Rush ran the numbers and said quote, "you have two viable options." He ran our numbers and with his many years of expertise said we could sell our home or refinance getting the money we need. We opted to go with selling knowing if that didn't work we had another solid option to rely on. Unfortunately, selling our house fell through. Which isn't his fault at all. What is his fault was telling us we had another option as viable. When we went back into his office thinking we could use our other "VIABLE OPTION" those same numbers he ran before suddenly became not enough. It was impossible for us to refinance. Our house needed 40k more in value to even come close to what he said we could do before. Now we owe over a thousand dollars which clearly we can't afford because of debt. Thank you guild mortgage! Thank you for helping me dig the hole to climb out of even deeper and not knowing how to do your job! Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

Kyle Rush at guild mortgage is awesome. He helped with an unusual predicament involving a VA loan. I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for VA loan expertise!
