I was very impressed with his interactive website that gives all the info needed for different loan types at the current rates. I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t need to give my personal information and expect a phone call before I had access to this information. Once I got to the request for my SS# on the online application, I stopped because I wanted to check another option before our credit was pulled. At that point, Mark called, and he couldn’t have been nicer. He asked how he could help and assured me that he would not pull the credit until I was ready. Mark was willing to go through all the scenarios with me and offered possible options based on what I thought I knew about our credit report, title and 1st mortgage. After sending all the docs and he pulled the report, the situation was more complicated than we thought. Mark was very patient and responsive to all my questions. He was always quick to get back to me by email or pick up the phone. He was straight forward about what we could and couldn’t qualify for and very thorough and understanding in his explanations. I was very impressed with the entire experience with Mark and can highly recommend Pacific Coast Home Mortgage & Real Estate Inc.

Mark was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy and straightforward. He was available whenever I needed a question answered...or some reassurance. We did everything electronically which was easier for me. He was courteous, prompt and understanding of the nuances of my situation.
