He helped us through every step of the way. He did above and beyond more then he had to. Our loan was closed in lightening speed he did everything and more for us. I’m finally a first time home owner thanks to Mid Island Mortgage. I had initially started my mortgage process with Citibank but I was informed they were unsure if they could continue working with me a few weeks after I had received my approval letter. My realtor (Anita) from Exit Realty Dreams informed me about Mid Island Mortgage and Stephanie Santoro who is the Vice President. Anita also referred me to other realtors in other boroughs/ states to help me find my dream house. Stephanie and I spoke, informed her of my situation, everything that happened with Citibank and how far I got. She asked for all the paperwork and within a week gave me a concrete and final answer. I even obtained a commitment letter which is higher than an approval letter. I was still doubtful but she assured me we were fine to move forward and helped me all the way. Yesterday I closed and finally obtained the keys to my new home. Both Anita and Stephanie were always there via text, email or phone calls answering all my questions and concerns or even just listening to me vent.
