Mulford Park Apartments is under new ownership and management as of July 2018. I've since joined the management team and am happy to be a part of this growing community! We have a great management and maintenance team here for our residents, a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts. Heat/gas is included making it very affordable. Hi I just moved here two weeks ago and I haven't had any issues and they where running an move in special as well please come check these out I believe that they are under new management anyways I had a nice experience from start to finished very quiet and its right in the bus route and near all the stores in rockford ie Target Aldi and many more plus the mall and restaurants come check them out !
